On July 24th 2008, 7Eleven’s sophomore show, “Paradise Lost” opened featuring New York City- based artists Sebastian Bear-McClard, Nick Cohen, Barney Kulok, Nick Poe, Gordon Stevenson and Robert S.L. Waltzer.
Paradise Lost features artworks that deal with the beauty and/or destruction of nature as well as the rise of the man made world. We hope to highlight the ironic contrast between man’s dependence on and simultaneous obliteration of the earth’s resources.
